You MUST provide correct emergency contact details for your children.
Payment for session must be made at point of booking via bank transfer.
You will be required to pay for non attended sessions if you have not informed us of a non attendance for this session at least a full 24 hours beforehand.
We must be informed of non attendance no later than 24 hours before session to transfer session payment to a later session.
Session payment transfer is only valid for the next available session.
You must inform us if your children have allergies to any food stuffs.
We have the right to withdraw and cancel services.
Public Liability for information errors or website downtime.
We hold the right to attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
We forbid unlawful behaviour, hate speech, bullying, disrespect- this will result in immediate exclusion.
If we find parents or children incite any of the above we will disable user accounts and refuse future bookings.
We are not liable for any damage to children's clothing during session.
